In addition, SOS has established a personal information protection management system to realize the policies described below, and declares that it will make company-wide efforts to continuously improve the system, while constantly recognizing the latest trends in information technology, changes in social demands, and changes in the business environment.

- SOS will respond promptly and sincerely to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information.
- The personal information protection management system will be reviewed and continuously improved in a timely and appropriate manner based on changes in the environment and actual conditions surrounding the Company.
